help please
Hi I just got a 1982 Ford F-150 King cab with a long wheel base. I need the specs for my trasmission. It has the factory 302 small. And no one can help me in my small town. Can some one please help?

First, is it auto or manual, and what specs exactly are you looking for, teardown, or just ID? The C4 has a small square oil pan, the C6 is more like a square with a little extension, fairly large, and then the manuals are another story. If you can find the id tag on it, post it and we can help you more. Welcome to FTE!!!
