I've found that the people who ask for
advice don't want to accept it, or don't
want to thank anyone for giving it...
Or is it just me??

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-Mar-02 AT 10:23 PM (EST)]I've seen a fair amount of replies on the boards from people
giving an update of their dilema, plus a thank you to the people who helped.
I've even seen thank you's to people who didn't help.

I think the *Rate the User* is the formal Thanks to an individual.

Now, Is it just me that sees this or not?

I understand your point though.
I would be nice to see *Everyone* who gets good advice to acknowledge those who helped.

Somebody else mentioned this about two months ago.

Thanks Canzus !

Well, for me, and you can check my posts, I post a thanks in advance in the post, and then a open "thank you" post after I have made a decision on what I will do. I appreciate the time they take to answer my questions be it, the right or wrong info.
