Question 1965 f-100 stepside

inline 6 cyclinder , what c.i.d. would that be?
240/300?

This could be interesting and perhaps more knowledgeable member can clarify. According to my 65 Ford truck shop manual the engine codes are listed as follows:

F10_

A- 6cyl. 330 cid
B- 6cyl. 300 cid
J- 6cyl. 240 cid

E- 330 cid diesel

240 would be the most likely culpret.

I agree with John. More than likely 240 or 300.

I had thought the basic options for engine in 65/66 was either the 240/300 6 or the 352 V8.
