1998 Explorer Sport problems
I purchased a 1998 Ford Explorer Sport in October 1998 from Latham Ford. Since that time, I have been forced to bring my vehicle in for repairs on six separate occassions. The vehicle only has 15,600 miles on it, yet every few months something new goes wrong. I contacted Ford customer service and Latham Fordin order to resolve my problems. Ford customer service contacted me, but would only document my problems, not provide a solution. the Dealership contacted me on February 07, and offered to buy my vehicle back for $16,500. The book value of my vehicle is $23,000, while the trade in value is $19,000. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment that I have received, and the quality of my vehicle
