My truck a 95,250 4x4 HD, has had a bad vibration coming from the front right wheel and when it shakes it shakes the steering wheel also. I was told it was the front rotor I replaced it with a new rotor but its still doing it. IM not sure what it would be the lock out hub maybe? only time it stops shaking is when i come to a stop anyone?

Check your tire balance first. Also check the wheel for a bent spot. If it's a manual locking hub, as long as it's unlocked, it shouldn't cause any vibrations. Autohubs can create all sorts of ruckus when they are going out.
