1704 chip for V10

How much benefit, (mileage & power), with this chip by staying on regular gas requirement? Same chip work on new 3 valve V10s?
Thanks

Its a tuner, not a chip. A chip plugs into the computer and stays there. A tuner plugs into the diagnostic port, reprograms the computer and then you unplug it. The 87 octane setting is mainly for shifting improvements -- the mileage gain will be none and the power gain will be small. The premium fuel tunes are the power tunes. It will not work with 2005 V10s.

Thanks for the reply, realized after I posted I used wrong terminology. I knew it was tuner, had read about it. That was the info I needed.
