Need help...!

I jump started another vehicle and my battery went bad. I was able to replace the battery, but now my AC doesn't work (hope it's the fuse), my turn signals and flashers don't work (hope its the flasher relay), and then this morning my ABS light came on and stayed on. I had connected the cables to both vehicles correctly and my headlights were on while jumping it and everything was ok. After jumping, I backed my truck into a parking space and turned it off. 15 mintues later I turned the key and got nothing. No lights, no door open chime, nothing. After turning the key off (with the old battery still in), there was a slow, steady clicking from a relay next to the flasher under the dash. The under hood light and dash lights flashed dimly in sync with the clicking. On advice from the local Ford Dealer, I relaced the battery and was able to start and drive, but that's when I noticed the lack of AC and signals. Power locks and windows still work, headlights, brakelights work. I can try the fuses/flashers, but am unsure of what to do next concerning the ABS. It didn't seem to affect driveability, but is worrying me. Anyone had this happen before? Could jumping another vehicle have damaged my ABS in some way?

My only guess is that during the jump start it could have overloaded some circuits. Were your ac on and lights flashing when the jump took place? if so, you could have damaged the flasher unit. On the ac, does the fan still work?
