My truck is a year old, has less than 11,000 miles on it, and does the same thing.

A full gas tank adds over 200 lbs to the truck, and the gas tank is on the LEFT side of the truck. This is probably what does it, as whenever someone complains about a slight tilt, it's always to the left.

My 99 Ranger did the same thing. The tanks was on the left and also the battery. It will evenatually wear out the springs quicker on the left side. The bushings on my old ranger were blown out on the left. I think the left side gets worn out quicker even if the gas tank is in the middle. There is always a driver in the truck, but not passengers.

my truck sits straight because of the fiberglass cap and bag of traction sand on the right side of the bed. when i need to remove the cap and sand truck looks ridiculous.

You need to get a really big passenger to pull things back into alignment.

Seriously, is it just the bed or the whole truck that tilts to the left?

Crazy001, I think you're right - I've never seen a vehicle that tilted on the right. Maybe they do in England and Australia, where they drive on the wrong side of the road.

I have noticed this with a few vehicles from different manufactures. Is it possible that they factory springs are set-up to compensate weight transfer under acceleration to allow better traction? Most vehicles transfer the weight to the right rear. Just a thought.
