Dash Replacement
Ive got a '89 F150 and I want to replace the dash with one that isnt faded and cracked like mine is. How hard would it be to replace it with one just like it?

It isn't difficult at all.
Just take the bolts out, drop the sterring column & unplug the wiring harnesses and your all set.
Just to warn you, the harnesses are zip tied neatly in the dash itself but shouldn't cause much of a problem.
Just mark where everything plugs back up & hopefully your new dash will have the harness in it.
I have a red dash out of a 88 F-Series in good condition, If your interested send me a email.

Im lookin to restore her,the current dash is blue. I think i have a model lower than xl. Its "custom". Lower than xl. but its a longwheel base, 300 I6,its a good truck. so i think ill restore it and ive heard shes a classic too,lol.
