i've been reading this form for a month .just bought a 00 f-250 psd and love it . you guys know your stuff and it was very helpful to me .changed oil and filter today also fuel filter .thanks to all of you it was very easy .i almost went and bought a k n filter not now think i'm going with the tymar.keep posting i spend hours reading . thanks again dave

Dave welcome to the forum. You are right there is a wealth of knowledge here. Some good some not so good. Make sure you research a little before you just believe anything. Most of the people here are trying to help not hinder you, you will see what guys really know there stuff.

I did the same thing when I bought mine, just in reverse. I bought the truck knowing only about 5% of what I should have known. I have had to use this site to get my truck back in shape and it has been a big help. Welcome and enjoy your PSD. One word of advice- If you like money hide your wallet now. This place comes up with tons of neat stuff to spend $ on.
