Watching as the sun rises silently to burn off the morning fog, which is heavy with the smell of burnt gunpowder, and saying to yourself "Thank you God, for one more day."

Oh, yea.

How about the smell of coffee boiling on a wood stove on a cool fall morning?
Or the sound of birds early of a morning?
Or the thought that your family loves you...and it shows?

Life is good.

Finding hand written notes from my daughters, wishing me a great day, and telling me how much they love me.

Seeing my mother happy and painfree from her arthritis.

Getting an unexpected call from a close friend, just to say hi.

Some of these descriptions are very touching while others are a bit silly, but there are three things all have in common:
*The importance of love in the family,
*The beauty of nature,
*The need to be independent.
Although we come from different locations and philosophies, almost everybody here agrees on what makes life meaningful; I guess we're all working together on something (FORD). Wouldn't it be nice if the rest of the country followed suite?
