License question..

does anyone know if that bill that said during the first 6months of your license you can't have another teenager in the car with you without an adult in the car in maryland passed?

I'm not sure about Maryland, but that's how it is in WA. Consitering the only thing they can do to you for the first offence is a warning, I wasn't too concerned about it.

I dont know, but thats the way it is in MA. You should give your local Registry of Motor vehicles a call and ask them.

P4, I can check with one of our attorneys here at work. She knows COMAR (Code of Maryland) like the back of her hand. I should have an answer for you by noon.

P4, We just got done checking all of the bills that were signed and vetoed, and could not find it. It looks like the bill may have deid in committee, which means it never got a chance to be voted on. But just to be sure, give the DMV a call to find out.
