That looks awesome! If you decide to market it and need a test truck for the 1997 and earlier PSDs... Great job!

The cover looks sweet!!
Do you have stainless steel intake tubing on there with SS clamps?? Or is your aluminum really polished up? I like the look of it, I'm gonna have to work on that next.

That's his stock stuff, he stripped the crap off the hot side tube and had both CAC tubes and the turbo manifold (as well as the cover from the looks of it) HPC coated. I agree, it looks very good. Probably does wonders for his under hood temps too.

Hmmm...Rainbow or PSD mods?...Rainbow or PSD mods? hehehe
Not funny....

Cookie is correct........

I'm doing ongoing research on stock aluminum CAC tube temperatures versus fully ceramic coated tubes.

I had the tubes and "Y" pipe ceramic coated inside and out by High Performance Coating in Mesa, AZ. They do a lot of drag racing components, NASA, aeronautical, etc.

So far, I am seeing an average temperature drop of about 20 degrees over the stock tubes.

I also had the HPOP cover ceramic coated just to match the rest.......

I'm in the process of having the International decal commercially produced (righ hand and left hand for side fender emblems), got pricing today, need to have some proofs made. Maybe Gchavez can help out?
Going to alter the shading a bit and make it all chrome outline instead of gradient.

Kwik........yur funny.........and Fire.........well........I'll make ya one if you want......I accept installment plans...hehehe

Have you applied for patents on any of the stuff you're concocting in the garage? You might want to be ready in the event that one of them proves to be "the one".........just a thought.

Durn, Heat, that looks GOOD! I definitely think you could sell those. I vote for the T 444E cover - looks BAAAAAAD.

PS
I would like to buy one of those decals when you get 'em made.

i love that cover, and the T444E is the perfect logo to have, why put powerstroke logo when the engine is the international. might as well put that instead of some silly name they come up with for the T444E. oh yeah by the way, when can i get mine from you Heat, drop me a line with the info!!

Well Heat, it looks like you better get back in the shop and get to work! I think you've already got a market for those, just need to start mass producing them!
