Question Noisy Clutch

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with my 95 Ford Explorer Sport. It is a 4.0L 2WD with over 200,000 miles on it. I just put in a clutch kit and replaced the pilot bushing bearing because it had become hard to shift and the clutch was making a sound like a buzz saw when depressed. Shifting is now easy but still hear that sound when you first start up and when clutch is depressed. What can it be? Also can the fan clutch make this noise and what does it have to do with the clutch?

The fan clutch has nothing to do with the clutch, but since you suspect a noisy fan clutch, remove the serpentine belt & fire it up. Still noisy?
