2000 4.6 won't start
I have a 2000 4.6 liter triton that won't start.... changed pcm, anti theft sensor and plugs. I have spark and fuel .. compression is good but oil pressure is questionable. have checked cam sensor, crank sensor, sending unit, cops......the engine is turning over sluggishly and doesn't seem to fire at all
any help would be greatly appreciated

Low oil pressure shouldn't keep it from starting.
How many miles on your truck? Has it been well maintained? If not then it's possible that maybe a timing chain has jumped or something.
Does the Theft light or Check Engine light flash when you try to start it?
Have you checked actual fuel pressure?
Do the spark plugs get wet or stay dry?
Have you checked to see if the injectors are pulsing? You can use a 194 bulb with the terminals straightened out to do that. Stick a terminal into each connector on the injector and crank the engine while watching to see if the bulb blinks on and off.
