1999 Explorer
My explorer is very hard to start when the temp is under 30 degrees. I bought it used, and it only has 25,000 on it. Should I take it back to the dealer, or is there something I need to do when I start it, like pushing down the gas once and waiting and push it again, or--- anyone have an idea?

No... there is no special procedure to start it and do not press the gas pedal. read the owner's manual and take it to a ford dealership.If they give you a hard time, call customer sevice in detroit. Phone nr also is in the manual!!
