Is it a high boy?

I am restoring a 1978 f250 4wd short bed crew cab. It stands pretty tall as is. I bought a 4 inch suspension lift to install but recently was told that if it is a high boy it will only lift about 2 inches. If so, it is hardly worth it. How do you tell if it is a high boy?

HIgh boys were a term for the 73 to 77 1\2 trucks. being a 78, unless someone along the line did some swaps, it will be a low-boy
