a/c help

My ac stoppd working a whilel ago. The clutch didn't engage enough, now not at all. When I had the truck in the shop for some other things, the mechanic looked it over and found it to be low on refridgerant, and 3 or 4 fittings leaked. With 104,000 on the truck, should I replace anything else while it's drained for the fittings? Is the clutch something I could do at home with the system full, Or just get a compressor and clutch and have 'em get 'er done, while throwing my money at 'em. Thanks for the help.

If its the original compressor, you might consider having it all done at once. It beats doing the whole thing twice, and it would probably end up being cheaper in the long run.
