air cleaner
had the top hose from the innercooler to intake manifold blow off during hard pull-put back in place. however, the air cleaner housing was knocked askew and cannot be put back in proper place. rear oring/gasket is exposed. Dealer inspected several other trucks on lot-said condition was normal. hard to believe. comments?

I've actually researched a lot on the air cleaners and thus far have stayed with the stock system... my personal choice is all...
If you can see physical damage with the air filter housing and the svc guys can't (or won't) that's what I mean when I say a new dealership is in order... or at least, a "come to Jesus" meeting witht eh svc mgr to educate him on all the facts...
you can be nice, but still be firm enough to get his attention... if not... the gm is next on my list and then the owner...
With my 02, I had to talk to all of the above... and they're still nice to me... but I got what I wanted... and now when I go in there with a complaint, they've figured out I got smarter all of a sudden with this new 03 and may know what I'm saying
course FTE is why I may be smarter
