How do I determine the type of transmission my truck has. The VIN code and owners manual have not been any helped. Is there a code or something on the transmission itself? I’m driving a 95 F150 5.0L 4x4. Thanks in advance for the assistance.
There is a blue sticker in the driver's door jamb. There is a column with a TR at the top. Under the TR will be either a U or an E. U means it's a 4R70W, E means it is an E4OD.
