93 F350 crewcab, 5.8L w/ZF 5sp converted to a 460, w/ZF 5sp.
The ZF tranny that you and I have has to be swapped out for the 460 ZF. Its the same transmission except that the cast-in bellhousing is different, for the different motors.
Since the F250/350 can be had with a 460, its just a matter of changing the motor mounts, the wiring, and the ECM. If you acquire a 460 loaded with accessories, and the fuel injection harness and ECM, its a one weekend job, one guy, by yourself working hard.
If you're missing pieces... thats where all the time goes.
The radiator for the 351W and the 460 trucks appears to be teh same at least in the pickups and van's I've seen in the junkyard so far. Doesn't mean thats the case.
If you can put the two trucks side by side and make the swap it is worth your time. Otherwise it will probably not be worth your time. Make sure the motor and trans are good before you install them. Many swaps are redone to rebuild something after it is installed.
You say you have an auto tranny now, so among the other pieces mentioned you will need pedals, clutch master cylinder, possibly a different crossmember and might need different length drivelines.
