Grille Installation
1.) Open hood and remove plastic trim panel covering the top of the grille assembly.
2.) Remove headlights by pushing headlight retaining clips rearward then pull upwards on the clips to release headlight housing. Pull headlight housing away from vehicle to remove bulb retaining ring. Remove headlight housing assembly from vehicle.
3.) Remove grille retaining screws located behind headlight openings. (2 on each side).
4.) Remove clips securing lower half of grille.
5.) Detatch screws securing upper half of grille, (6 on top), then remove grille.

Now you have to remove the honeycomb grille. Just push and pull to break it apart. Once this is out, you will have to dremel the tabs down. Then just fit your grille in place, drill the new holes for the rivets, then rivet the new grille in place! Now just reassemble.
NICE Expy! Just like mine (except mine's stock at this point). Where'd you get the flame guages? How long have you owned yours? How many miles are on it? What problems have you encountered?
Just bought mine last Monday with 101,400 miles on it and don't know any of the service/maintenance history. Do ya think Ford dealership would mind running the vin through their system and printing me what's been repaired/replaced by Ford?
