I have a 93 explorer 4x4, 5 speed, v6 and I want to go to a larger more aggressive off-road tread. What is the largest I can go without lifting my truck?

From discussion posted on the explorer fourum, the older body explorer could fit a 30X9.5 without rubbing, some have claimed to be able to fit a 31X10.5, but they had to trim a lil bit.
