Looking for C/A intake, Mass Air Flow Sensor, and billet grill for my '04 V8 Limited Explorer. I've talked to Granatelli and Air Raid, but neither are very forthcoming about future releases. I purchased this vehicle slightly used and have no instuructions for the audio choices on the factory installed DVD system, know anywhere I can pick up and instruction book. Any insight into my searchs would be greatly appreciated.
