2000 Explorer window epoxy

2000 Explorer window epoxy
i have a 2000 Explorer that Ive owned for about 10 months now. I took it through the car wash the other day and now seem to be experiencing some dripping from the window which dried and now will not come off. It seems to be the glue or expoxy that they use in the window track. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, email me if you have gotten it off.....regualr wax didnt work, and neither did soap and water.
