285/75/16 are a great size for the stock 4X4's.

oh yeah big difference over the stock 235/65 that came on the truck. You can go with the 305/70 but they tend to rub when ya fully turn the wheel. the 305/70 is only 1" wider than the 285/75 but they are the same tall wise (33")

I run 35/12.5-16 on my truck. Depends on if you want to retain the stock look.

Pics in my gallery..

I do not mind talking about anything here, as long as it is tied to YOUR truck. I know that we have oil sections and SD sections.........however this forum is a group and all who play in THESE halls like talking with their own family.....just tie it to you truck and no generalities.

......respect each other….and their thoughts

I have the Pirelli Scorpion 265/75's with the perty polished aluminum rims. Recently I had a flat and put the spare on. It's a nice Michelin A/T on a stock steel wheel. I would trade out my Pirellis with perty rims for the stock steel wheels and Michelins any day. I can't seem to find any.
The Pirellis are a darn good street tire, but I go off road, etc.

I also have the Pirelli's the 265 75 16's and was looking for tires on here. Somone pointed the way to the Toyo Open Country MT's off road tire made for highway use as well. Really cool tire check it out it also has a huge weight capacity of 3860 for the 315 75 16 . Might be a little big for a stock rim. They make a 285 75 16 but there was no data for that one. Not to mention they look really cool...

I had the perrellis and never knew that they were spinning because they didnt make any squeelling sound. they were terrible in the rain and got stuck in my drive way when it snowed. just bought coopers stock size they seem much better not to mention with the extra HP I now realize I was spinning my tires about 75 percent of the time. theese ones squeel so I know to back off the throttle.
