Difference between Shell Rimula and Rotella

These are both API CI-4 class oils. What is the difference between them?

Good question. Looks like Rimula is sold out side of the USA. Same as Rotella by the looks of the Shell Family web site.

They are both sold at my local Advance Auto for $6.27 a gallon.
Wal-Mart has the Rotella T Synthetic for $12.87 a gallon.
