Finally!
Well, I finally got my SD. Contrast to my first thread, I did not get a dually. I found a very clean '01 F-250 XLT, 4x4, Auto, 25K miles, White, Supercab with an 8' bed and a V10. I LIKE IT!!! Now I understand why you guys like your trucks so much. Decent power from the V10 and good torque down low.
The steering will take some getting used to and so will the ride. Nicely quiet cab, too. I hope it will be a good traveling truck. In closing, thank you for all the responses on my first thread. This is a great site, clean and extremely informative. I spent untold hours here reading and learning before I went to the dealer.

P.S. Now I am going outside to start it, again, just so I can hear that throttle response, again.

Actually, don't drive it like you stole it or you'll be making many trips to the pumps. Like my V10, only get around 10 mpg in the city. I drive mine nice and calm, unless someone else want sot race, then the V10 and Flowmasters come alive. Sounds like a beautiful truck, I know you'll love it.
