2004 Expy Trans "chatter" Anyone Else?
When I start the truck, put it in drive quickly and take my foot off the brake it seems to chatter as it tries to move forward.
It only lasts a half a second or so and it only happens when it's first put in gear.
Am I taking off too fast?
I have an appointment tomorrow at the dealer for a tire change (no more Conti's) and Im thinking of mentioning it.
I just wanted to know if I'm alone on this or does everyones truck have it.

Can't say that I ever really perform the actions you describe. However, I'd definitely mention the problem. Could be that fluid is leaking out of the torque converter and the pump has to have a little time to refill & rebuild pressure.
