Front end noise

I recently developed a strange noise in the left front side of my 75 F250 2wd. I've read through many previously posted articles with similar problems, but haven't found anything specific. PROBLEM: It sounds alot like a streching spring, but only appears intermittently (once in a tire rotation). I thought it might be bearings, so I've repacked both sides inner and outer, but the noise continues. As far as I can tell, it only happens at low speeds (below 25). It's too windy around here to notice at higher speeds. The calipers are dual piston but I can't see or feel anything wrong with them. The shields don't appear to be touching and the pads are fairly new. I know the rotors are slightly warped, so is it possible that this is just the pads rubbing the rotor?
Appreciate your comments.

Pads rubbing the rotors is very likely. Do you hear it when you turn the tire by hand, while jacked up? Does the noise change if you apply the brake lightly while driving slow?

The noise is not there when the truck is jacked up, and there is no difference when the brakes are applied.

I discovered the problem. Spindle nut on to tight. I had tightened it to spec, but forgot to slacken it off the 1/8 turn afterwards. Problem solved.
