New Fuel Pump, New Relay, new Throttle Position Sensor, new Ias
New Tempiture Sensor
This Truck Was Overheated To The Point The Right Head Had To Be Replaced. It Starts Fine And Runs Fine Except After It Gets To Hot Running Temp. Hot Is Middle Of Temp Guage. It Will Not Start Until It Is Allowed To Cool Down And Then It Starts And Runs Fine.
Why?

Reason: had stop instead of start
It Will Not Stop Until It Is Allowed To Cool Down And Then It Starts And Runs Fine.
I assume you meant to say it will not Start where the Stop is highlighted above. Also, when you say it won't start, does that mean that it turns over but will no start running or does it mean that the starter won't turn the engine over. If it will turn over but not start, I would suspect something in the electronic ignition or wiring breaking down. On my '92, I had a similar problem that finally turned out to be a loose wiring connection in the connector plug to the ignition control module located in front of the battery. This was initially only a problem when the engine was at running temperature but sometimes it would run. If I could get it to start it would run perfectly. When it's hot and won't start I'd suggest trying to wiggle the wires/connectors at the ignition module, coil pack, etc., and try to start it after each component check. If it will not turn over after the engine is up to running temperature, I would suspect the starter or possibly the starter relay.
Older Explorers often develop a worn seat on the fuel pressure regulator. This allows fuel pressure to leak down and forms a bubble in the fuel line making them hard to start when they sit for 10 minutes hot and then you try to start. Also had a crank sensor fail (coil type). It would generally run fine, but shut it off and you had to wait 15 minutes to restart.
