There are no grease fittings on the U-joints, they are sealed for life (until they fail), the slip-joint requires some grease. It is the splined end at the front of the rear driveshaft, under the black rubber boot. If you haven't been feeling a slight bump when you come to a complete stop, no problem. When you get the bump it is time or past time to lubricate it. The Service manual is over-kill on it. In my '97 Service Guide, it lists lubing it under normal duty, every 5K miles with each oil change, under severe duty the interval is every other oil change at 6K intervals. With as much driving as I do in the desert, I need to do mine about every 25K-30K miles before the bump returns. The transfer case shift lever pivot bolt is probably a left over from the manual transmission. Your transfer case is electronically shifted, there is not pivot bolt. Are you sure it isn't for the shift lever pin on the automatic transmission? That should be periodically lubricated. I have no idea what the control rod pins (4x4) are.
