programming keyless entry?

i have a 95 f-150, and it came with the keyless entry and 2 remotes. well the other day it stopped working, so i put a new battery in it, and it still didnt want to work. i am presuming that it needs to be reprogrammed. i looked in the book, but it said take it to the dealer. so my question to u is this...how would i go about programming the remote again? i hope somebody can help me here...i dont like our ford dealer in the area all to well...so doing it myself would be a great plus. thanx alot boys.

Any chance there's some info in the owners manual about this?
Moms' 98 Crown Vic had instructions on how to program a spare ignition(chip) key in the owners manual.

i dont believe it said anything in the manual....ill look again later...but i think i am SOL in the book.
