light problems(blinkers)
I just bought a 79' Ford F-150, with the stock 460. This is the problem, I can turn on my parking lights, and everthing will come on, except that I get no brake lights, and no left or right signals. I mean they dont flash, but they are lit up. And one more thing, inside the truck you cant hear them even trying to flash.

If it's anything like the 75 F250, the brake and blinker are the same bulb. In which case it sounds like to flasher unit needs to be replaced. Probably hidden well under the dash somewhere. I'm sure another owner of the same vehicle will have a better answer. May not be much help, but I just went through this same thing.
