Auto Locking Doors, can you reprogram them?
Does anyone know if you can reprogram the auto-locking doors on a '00 Explorer? I can't tell you how many times I've snapped my fingers off the handles because the doors stay locked!
All I want them to do is unlock when the ignition is turned off. I still want them to lock when the wheels roll.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know that on my '99 XLT it is either/or. Either you have them lock automatically or you turn it off. I turned mine off by following the directions in the manaul. They actually give two different ways to do it.
