Cool Ball Joints

I was having a problem with the front tires, they are chopped up and very loud on my 2003 F350 with a utility body with 22000 miles. The Ford dealer I bought it from only told me why it was my fault for the problem, I did not rotate my tires every 5000 miles and I run to light causing the front tires to bounce??? I did not want to here this so I went to a small town dealer. He checked it out and said my lower ball joints are bad. He ordered the parts and new tires and its covered.
Has anyone heard of this on 350 super duty, if so why are my joints gone at 22k. I am the only one who drives the truck, its GW is 11k its never been over 10k. The one thing I notice is the truck is 2 to 4" lower in the back, Thanks

Is this a 2w drive truck ?
Had you ever had the truck aligned with the utility body on it?
the trucks front caster/camber could be off ,that with the added weight of the utility body might affect the front balljoints.
Running too high an air pressure in the front tires .
Also the types of roads you drive on can shorten the life of them

being that these were non greasable ball joints ,they don't last long.

I drive in town and some highway. I had to bring the truck in when it was new it was pulling to the right the dealer said the tow was off. This is a 4 wd duelie and I checked the tire pressure at 10k found all 6 tires at 40psi. I set them all to 65psi, the door decal calls for 65 front 75 rear. The truck weighs 9200lbs empty and I add 5 to 800 lbs with a GVW of 11k. I am thinking I need to bring the rear up to shift some weight forward, what do you think of this thought, Thanks Dave

We get a lot of small town fire department F450 vehicles in our shop and they come in with an extremely heavy utiltiy bed with 600 gallon tank and pump unit. We often have to add a spring to the rear to level out the load. I can imagine if a 450 can dip that far your 350 with a heavy utility bed may need something similar to help it out.
