97 Expedition /// Sparkknock ///

At About 35 Mph And Up Most Of The Time It Sparkknocks . Its Got 90k On It And Its A 4.6 Motor. Ive Had It Now For About 10k Miles. ////// Any Ideas?????? Im Getting About 22 Mpg. Thanks Rick

Ha Ha On A Trip Im Getting Around 22 Mpg. But Your Missing My Problem Sparkknog. I Know If Timing Is Set Too High It Will Spark//////

If I were getting 22MPG I would leave it alone. Otherwise maybe you have too much carbon buildup and need the top end cleaned.

Im In A Tuneup Mode, Just Pulled Original Plugs And Most Of Them Has A Gap Of 80k Or More Should Be 52k-56k. I Think Thats Were My Knock Is Coming From///////////
