Someone from the Pollard family put about 23 acres up. It was split into 6 lots. 3 lots were fairly level, but the other 3 had a lot of small ravines. We didn't get the one we wanted(about a week too late) but we got the one next to it, which is pretty nice. Now, we just have to pick a house plan and save some money.

its goin good, still enjoyin it, just have to see whats up for mon, dont know yet, if you wanted to, i could talk to a buddy of mine, he builds houses, is a sub contractor, and they do their own design work, they would handle all of the aspects of it for you, and since you already have the land, that will take some time and money off of the figure!!

It is part of the job, we have a reserve/national guard unit preparing to deploy and the organization I work for help the units get their READINESS rates as close to 100% as possible. Doesn't hurt either that the food is great.....just love those 7 - 10 lbs lobster tails

yes it does, a whole lot, the govmint didnt help that much, and when i got laid off, it put me severly in debt for a 20 year old.
