Was wondering which tranny you have because I have a 3.03 3spd Toploader w/ Hurst Indy Floor Shifter and the throws are long and if tighten up the linkage it sometimes binds up and won't go into a gear.

Sorry i havent been responding, lots of work... The shifter came thursday and i installed by myself, took about 1 1/2 hours. Throws were short and tight and looks really good, but i couldnt get it in first! 2nd 3rd 4th 5th and reverse worked great (oh btw i have the mazda 5spd, says in my gallery thing) but i had to take it out and put the stock one back on...
. Im not sure what to do , except take it to a transmission place and have them do it. This sucks so bad...lol

1 guy on here called hurst and they said that their shifters dont fit 4x4's heres a guy with almost the same problem
