drivetrain thumping

I keep reading about this driveshaft thumping. I too am experiencing this. Would it be in my best interest to get the 4" driveshaft, or should I just clean/regrease the one I currently have? Also, where are you getting the upgraded driveshafr from?

I would start with the grease, thats cheap and easy. The DS would be from Ford.

Do I just worry about the rear driveshaft? Or while I'm under there drop both and do the whole kit and kaboodle?

I also have the driveshaft thumping and a mechanic I talked to said to replace the slip yoke. Is this the fix if greasing does not help?

Just got mine replaced under my extended warranty, Worked for me, But I got the drive shaft and the yoke! Feels great now.
