Urgent - towing question

I towed an old Camaro through my town (about 12 miles) on a dolly with my old 2000 Ranger with a 4 banger, on the bumper. If it didn't hurt that tin can, it won't hurt yours... And I didn't have a choice to take it easy or not... 0-30 times were very un-impressive!

Yeah but..... On the pickup your looking at two shoes per wheel that are about 2 1/2" wide vs two shoes, with two parts on each shoe that are about 10" wide (depending on the truck). Much more stopping power than a small drum...
