Bu-Bump-Bump---Help Techs?

Starting today when I open the door after driving and the power to the radio and windows kicks off I get a loud Bu-Bump-Bump noise from whatsounds like my Sub-woofer.
Even if the radio is off it does it.
It also does it when you lock the car using the keyboard or remote unless it sits for a while.
I tried to listen to it again and I'm 90% sure its the sub-woofer. It's like the power to it stays on and the noises in the electrical system make go boom.
Also, there have been times when the subwoofer doesn't work and if I turn the radio off and on again it comes back to life.
Does the woofer have power from somewhere other than the radio?
I can't get back there and listen and make it do it by myself so I'll have to wait till I get home and get the wife to help.
The dealer has no idea over the phone and has not had that complaint before.
