i know i know....

that the exhaust issues have been gone over a million times on here. Sorry but i did a ton of searching with no luck on what i needed. When i did my exhaust i just had a catback installed at midas, they used a ravin SI/DO muffler with 2.5" tailpipes, and now im ready to get serious about replacing both cats (please keep in mind that i dont have the skills/tools to do it myself). Do i need to get the walker downpipe, i hear lots of stories that shops charge big $$$ to make one. I want to have a hi-flow replace both cats, so do i have to buy the new cat? Which cat will work with/fit the walker downpipe? Will they install anything i buy (walker downpipe and cat)? Sorry about all the questions i would just really like to save money by making the right decisions instead of learning the hard way. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

To bad you dont have the skills to just cut them off and run duals, but that aside i would just stick w/ a single hi flow, should do ya right.

You need the downpipe to connect the two manifold halves to the cat. You could have custom duals run from manifolds back but that would be a lot of $$$ for little extra gain. This isn't a high revving 400+cid motor, so true duals aren't of that great a value.
