98 Headlight Switch

I wanted to know if headlights from a 98 Mercury Mountaineer would fit my 98 Explorer XLT. The reason I want to switch them is because the Mountaineer lights are 'crystal clear' and don't have the ridges in the lights like Explorers do, if you have an Explorer you know what I'm talking about. Thanx.
