I'm doing the same swap right now. Only I am goin from an F100 to an F250, so far the only thing I've discovered thats different is the rear cab mounts/bushings need to be moved closer together.
Other than that it is fairly straightforward.

The frames get wider past the cab. Also the frames have to be shortened four inches between the cab and axle in order for the wheels to line up in the wheel wells. Not a problem if you are using a flatbed or no bed at all. Like ramboss said, the cab forward is pretty much a straight bolt on job.

You will have to drill new holes to mount your box also. I went from a long bed '75 F250 to a shortbed F100, and I moved my leaf springs forward, and chopped my frame off the back to avoid chopping the middle of the frame.
