droopy visors

What's the fix? I seem to recall something about removing the visor and adding some spacers ... am I going the right direction?

The best fix I know of, and what I did was to remove the visor units (3 screws each ), switch sides (left to right, right to left) and remove the visors themselves and put back to orignal side. Work's great, like brand new.
