My back hurts!!
My 2000 XLT 4x4 is really causing me a lot of problems with my back. I recently bought the car and did not get a true feel on my short test drive. It has a sport supension and off road tires. I'm not sure of the shocks. Any suggestions for smoothing out the ride? The lumbar support is not helping.

You have a history of back problems? Recline the seat more if possible or trade in the shocks for smoother riding ones. Monroe sens-a-trac are very very nice. Or for a cheaper quick fix go to the mall and pick up one of those vibrating, heated seat covers. About a 100 bucks or so. Those will do wonders!
