ok. bringing this one back from the dead. I just got an 89 F150. Needs a little tlc but it runs. Im from tx and semi interested in trucks. Had a roommate with an 89 GMC 4x4 stepside. Loved that thing. Well anyways. Id like to hear some more feedback on the gtg issue. Im in a local VW club,jaxdubs.com, and we meet at tinseltown every thursday at 7 in the parking lot. Usually go out to eat afterwards. The bikers also meet there sometimes as do the subaru people. We have vw people that drive from as far as St. Augustine and westside so i think thats a viable option as far as a meetup location. I guess now the only thing to decide is when. Im located near touchton and SS blvd if anybody cares.
