August 2nd, SD rebates????
Hi guys, I have a quick question. I just went on the ford site to check the rebates that are available in my area. Well, it turns out the rebates that are currently being offered by ford for the 2004 Diesel superduties, are only effective until August 2nd, 2004.
Now I was wondering what will happen to the rebates after August 2nd? Will they stay the same, will there be no rebates for the 2004 Diesels, or will the rebates increase?
The reason I ask is I will not be able to purchase my new truck till I gat paid on the 5th (have to put some money down).
So what do you guys think will happen to the rebates?? Thanks in advance!!

This question comes up all the time. You're asking me to predict the future, which I simply can't do. Ford wants you to buy NOW, so they're not about to tell us that rebates will go UP on the 3rd. They'll probably try to lower them, then GM will come out with a $6000 rebate on their 1500s, and it starts all over again. I'll be able to tell you EXACTLY what they are--- on August 3rd.
