This is condensation and by product of the burnt fuel. All gas powered vehicles do it. It is worse in short runs where the system is not run long enough to get the mositure out. This is what rusts away non stainless steel exhaust systems. Many years ago Rolls Royces had little spigets on their exhaust system to drain out the water. Or the water could be from a kid sticking a water hose up your tail pipe. No joke, I have heard of it.
If it is just a little.. then it is normal. When gas burns one of the byproducts is water.. If it is cool out.. or humid you may see water coming out of the tail pipe that you normally don't see (I don't see it often in Southern Arizona.. except in winter mornings).
If you get alot.. or it never stops (even after you have been driving a while).. it is possible you are getting some extra water in your exhaust from a blown head gasket or blown head, but normally you get lots of white smoke with that also.. (just not always)..
